More and more South Africans are lapsing on their insurance payments as the cost of living surges and this is according to the latest annual report from the Ombudsman for Long- & Short-term Insurance. Short-term Insurance Deputy Ombudsman, Edite Teixeira-McKinnon elaborates on the matter.
