Lola Lazarus is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) and an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner (APR). She is also registered with the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA).
Lola holds a BA Honours Degree in Communication Science and has over 30 years of industry experience.
After receiving her National Diploma in Public Relations, Lola completed her practical training at a leading international PR Consultancy and later assisted in founding a top Johannesburg-based Consultancy.
In 1996, Lola founded Bullion PR & Communication, after which, she was invited to complete her Honours Degree at North-West University. She is currently doing her Masters research on “Investigating Disinformation in South Africa – Communication Sector”.

Upon being a key participant in lobbying through media in order to take the National Credit Act through the parliamentary process, Lola handled the transition of the Micro Finance Regulatory Council to the National Credit Regulator, a significant new legislation in South Africa’s history.
